About the event
Join practitioner and scholar Rebecca Beattie for a soulful celebration of Lammas, the ancient festival of first harvests. As the golden grains ripen and the wheel of the year turns, we’ll come together to honour the abundance of the season, both in the land and in our lives.
In this reflective and hands-on session, we will:
Explore the rich history and folklore of Lammas
Contemplate what we are personally harvesting, from intentions sown earlier in the year to lessons learned
Craft our own herbal smudge sticks using fresh, fragrant herbs to take home and use in your own seasonal rituals
Share in a gentle group ritual, weaving together gratitude, intention, and community
Whether you’re new to seasonal celebrations or deepening your practice, this class offers a nourishing space to pause, connect, and mark the turning of the year with meaning. Come with open hands and an open heart, leave with a crafted smudge stick, a sense of connection, and a renewed appreciation for the gifts of the season.
