Planetary Magick: MOON

Throughout magical history, practitioners of magic have looked to the moon for inspiration and magical help. From the earliest beginnings of written magical texts, the grimoires, magical systems were based on the moon as part of the seven pre-modern planetary powers that were visible in the night sky. This class gives you an introduction to the pre-modern planetary powers of the occult moon,  and also modern practices of working with the phases of the moon. It will teach you how to identify its plants, herbs, and other correspondences, so that you can learn how to work moon magic into your own personal practice, and evoke its qualities of psychic ability, women's mysteries, cyclical magic and intuition in your life. The workshop will include a guided meditation to connect with the moon's energy and end with a participatory ritual to the moon.
